COASTAL SILHOUETTE
There is a raw uncluttered beauty to a Japanese rock garden that evokes a sense of piece and tranquility. I wanted to convey the same uncluttered beauty with this coastal scene, so resisted the temtation to add trees and birds or a passing watercraft.
The deep forground colors and distant light, invites you in. This painting will add space to a small room or be a wonderful accent to a larger space.

30" x 40" acrylic on 3/4" clean-edge canvas. ( 28x38 face dimension )
