LORA LOKA
This is a painting
of the entrance way to the Lora Loka Restaurant in LaManzanilla Mexico.
This is the second year my wife and I have vacationed here. La
Manzanilla is about 4 hours south of Puerto Vallarta by car. This
old coastal town has an active arts community and is full of
interesting subjects to paint. Bold geometric shapes of crude
buildings, gigantic vases and concrete furniture all painted with
uncoordinated colors. Somehow it all works. It's magic!
ORIGINAL
PAINTING:
Image
size 18x 22 "
acrylic on canvas. (total canvas size 20x24") This is an
unmounted canvas that can be wrapped as a 16x20 clean-edge if desired.
A clean-edge painting has the painting extend fully over the edges and can
be hung "as is", or optionally
framed.
